Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in time is from 4 PM - 7PM.

Minimum Stay Period

We have a 3 night minimum stay from Christmas Day to the 6th January.

NO CHECKOUTS/INS on Christmas Day or New Years Day.


Child Policy

All children are welcome, however, there is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Please ensure you book a bed for your child.


Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.


No-show Policy

In case of 'No Show', 100% of the TOTAL BOOKING will be charged.


General Policies

  • PLEASE NOTE; . NO CHECKOUTS/INS Christmas Day or New Years Day.

  • We reserve the right to charge a fee if there is any damage to rooms or property.

  • Maximum Occupancy must not be exceeded in all room types.

  • Guests who allow non paying guests into their room will be charged for that guest if management has not been advised.

  • Guests who behave in an unacceptable manner as deemed by management will be evicted with NO REFUND.

  • There are no refunds for early or unscheduled departures.

  • Lost keys incur a $20 replacement fee.

  • All rooms are non-smoking.
