Wonderful Wildlife

Merimbula and the Sapphire Coast is a haven for wildlife including the friendly pelicans at home on Merimbula Lake. Dolphins regularly surf the waves at local beaches, while stingrays are frequently observed passing beneath Merimbula Bridge. The colourful lorikeets at Wandarrah Lodge always appreciate being hand fed by guests...and don’t forget the kangaroos!
